About the event
The Gotthelf Market in Sumiswald, canton Berne, is an authentic country fair and market held every summer in the Emmental valley, Canton of Berne, home of the famous Swiss cheese. The fair is named after Jeremias Gotthelf, a Bernese writer who described the difficult conditions of farm life in the 19th century.
We will drive you in a comfortable bus with on-board refreshments to the market, let you spend a good part of the day at the fair, where you can sightsee, shop and eat lunch.
And then drive you back to Zurich in time for your dinner.
